In
Missouri, individuals must be at least 18 years old to obtain
a marriage license. With parental consent, a license may be
granted at 15 years of age. The license is then valid for 30 days. A
marriage license may be obtained from any county courthouse in
the County Clerk’s or Recorder of Deed’s office. Two
pieces of identification are required – a driver’s license
and social security card. The cost is $48, payable in cash. To
be married in the State of Missouri, you must have a Missouri
marriage license.
